ABOUT THE AWARDS | 2017

Biometric technologies are fundamental to securing physical and digital identities in a modern society.

The incredible advancements made by the dedicated men and women leading this field are helping keep our cities and citizens, our companies and employees and our schools and children safe. Since 2015 the Women in Biometrics Awards have recognized innovative women dedicated to creating a more secure world by guiding this crucial technology market.

Once again in 2017, the Security Industry Association will join SecureIDNews as a co-sponsor of the awards program. Additional sponsors include OT-Morpho and the PSA Security Network.

Prior award winners represent the very best in our industry, and it is time to add the 2017 class to this elite group.

Nominations will be accepted between Aug. 1 and Sept. 29, 2017, and may include those working for biometric companies, peripheral suppliers, system integrators, academia and end user organizations.
